Jigsaw is a youth mental health charity which provides free therapy and support services to children and young people (aged 12-25) who are struggling with their mental health. We also help people and communities to better understand their mental health and better support those around them.

 

Jigsaw exists because children and young people across Ireland are facing a growing and urgent mental health crisis. So many struggle with anxiety, distress and isolation, and demand for support remains consistently high. In 2025 alone, Jigsaw received 11,064 referrals, which was a 23% increase on 2024.

 

All funds raised will be used directly in helping up providing our free therapy and support services to more children and young people (aged 12-25) in our 19 community based hubs across the country both in person and online via our website www.jigsaw.ie.
